Step - 1:

Download the zip file and extract it.

Step - 2:

Inside the extracted folder, will be a file, GrinShot.exe.

Step - 3:

Run this file as administrator, enjoy!

Warning: GrinShot.exe will not work if required DLLs that come along with it in the zip folder are not present in the same directory as the exe.
